Michigan Offer A ‘Game Changer’ For This Top Pass-Rusher

Michigan sent out an offer to four-star DE Jayson Oweh on Wednesday evening. Oweh, a Blairstown, New Jersey product and the No. 161 recruit and No. 7 SDE in 2018, told 247sports’ Steve Wiltfong the Wolverine offer is a ‘game changer.’

Penn State and Ohio State are believed to be the current front-runners for the 6-foot-5, 235-pounder, but the Wolverines could be one to watch going forward.
