247sports is reporting that fours-tar WR Tarik Black (Cheshire, Connecticut) will make his decision on December 16th.

Black, the No. 76 recruit in the country to Rivals.com, is expected to announce with the help of a Bleacher Report video. Michigan is the presumed favorite but Alabama, Auburn and UCLA are also in contention.
