[AdSense-A]Donovan Jeter, a four-star DT who pledged to Notre Dame in September, has decommitted from Notre Dame, he announced on Tuesday over his Twitter account:

Jeter, the No. 279 recruit in 2017, originally picked the Irish over Michigan, Penn State, Pitt and others. Notre Dame’s struggles (2-5) and Brian Kelly, being on somewhat of a hot seat, likely resulted in the Irish losing the commitment from the Beaver Falls, Pennsylvania native.
Notre Dame QB commit Brandon Wimbush’s tweet:
If you depart the train now, there is no return. Stay with us through it, you will not regret it. 🍀 love this damn school
