50 Cent appeared on Good Morning America on Friday and was able to meet some members of the US Men’s National Team and was given a chance to explain his failed first pitch.
“See that was Curtis that did that,” he said, of his alter ego. “I’m trying to get Curtis to be like 50 Cent. 50 Cent is a star, Curtis just does things for no reason — that’s where that nickname came from, Boo Boo.
“You know what I actually got pulled over by New York City Police. They pulled me over in my car. He pulled me over and I said ‘I got my license’ right because I was a little nervous, as soon as he pulled me over, I was like ‘what’d I do?’” he said. “And then he said, ‘you know that pitch was terrible.’”
Blaming it on an alter ego is certainly a new one.
