Nike takes down Oscar Pistorius ‘Bullet’ ad

As you may have heard, Paralympic champion Oscar Pistorius, was charged with murdering his girlfriend, Reeva Steenkamp, in South Africa early Thursday morning.

Neither Nike or Oakley, two of his sponsors, have dropped “Blade Runner” as Pistorius is nicknamed. However, Nike has taken down the advertisements above from Pistorius’s website. The picture and video below, which features Pistorius and references the body as a weapon, is still on the site.
