How is this possible? I’ve looked at the shot over and over again by Minnesota Wild forward Torrey Mitchell and apparently it never went in. Mitchell ripped an awesome backhander past Anaheim Ducks goalie Jonas Hiller, and while it looks like it went in, it hit the crossbar and rode across the goal line. His teammate Mike Rupp even had a free crack at it and completely botched his attempt to put it in. It’s almost like there was an invisible wall keeping the puck out. Hiller must have a horse shoe on his person or something; for this puck not to in is utterly unbelievable.
Actually, was never a signal by referee Jean Hebert on Mitchell disallowed goal, looking at replay again
