Steven Oleksy and James Wright square off in solid middleweight hockey fight

These are the best types of fights. You get two guys who were going at it early in the shift and are frustrated and decide that they have had enough of each other. They drop the mitts and helmets and get at it. Nothing staged and nobody gets seriously injured. Steven Oleksy has been one of the positives for the Washington Capitals in this down year, and he has shown that despite being 6’0″ 195 lbs, he can handle himself. James Wright, of the Winnipeg Jets, weighs in at 6’2″ 180 lbs and showed that he can throw them as well. This was the definition of a draw and an entertaining fight.
