19. Alexander Ovechkin, LW, Washington Capitals – Ovi will always be Ovi. Perhaps a little lower on this list than he should be, but his inconsistent play in the d-zone makes it difficult to put him higher.
18. P.K. Subban, D, Montreal Canadiens – Plays 25 minutes a night and has 27 points in 39 games. He can be a bit of a riverboat gambler at times, but he’s an electric player.
17. Tyler Seguin, C, Dallas Stars – Think the Boston Bruins regret trading him yet? Leading the league in goals and points this season and has settled in with the Stars quite nicely.
