33. Rick Nash, LW, New York Rangers – Nash was much-maligned in the playoffs last year but he has moved way past that now. Nothing like 20 goals in 29 games to get your head right.

31. Mark Giordano, D, Calgary Flames – Having a Norris Trophy winning caliber season. Could actually end up being in the Hart Trophy conversation with 35 points in the first 40 games.
