On Wednesday night the Colorado Avalanche shelled the Anaheim Ducks, winning 6-1. Towards the end of the game, Anaheim Ducks defenseman Ben Lovejoy leveled Colorado Avalanche rookie Nathan MacKinnon with a questionable hit. This set off fireworks between new Avalanche head coach Patrick Roy and Ducks head coach Bruce Boudreau. Roy was incensed and almost knocked the glass divider over onto Boudreau. Something tells me that this year with Roy behind the bench is going to be an entertaining one.
Vintage Roy.. Said Ducks tried to "cheap shot" MacKinnon and said he put fourth line on ice at end because "I matched his lines all night"

#NHLDucks Boudreau on the end of the game: "A coach has no right to start yapping at players. I told him it's bush league." #ANAvsCOL
