Patrick Kane scores silky breakaway goal after controversial no call

Chicago Blackhawks forward Patrick Kane scored a slick breakaway goal in the third period after there was a controversial play where Detroit Red Wings forward Johan Franzen was hit from behind by Niklas Hjalmarsson and no penalty was called. The Red Wings players seemed shocked when the play wasn’t blown dead and Duncan Keith threw a pass up to Kane. Kane corralled the bouncing puck and then buried a nice shot between Jimmy Howard’s legs to cut the Red Wings lead to one. It was the only goal the Blackhawks would get though in their 3-1 game three loss.
