Gabriel Landeskog slams into boards during scrimmage shootout

The Colorado Avalanche were holding a scrimmage for their training camp at the Air Force Falcons Cadet Ice Arena on Sunday and following the scrimmage they had a brief shootout to entertain the full house.  Captain Gabriel Landeskog went down and scored on a gorgeous move, and while he was admiring his work, he slammed hard into the boards.  He got up quickly and did a good job of acknowledging his gaffe, waving to the crowd and even pretending he was blind at the end, using his hockey stick as a walking stick.
