Brandon Prust calls Senators coach Paul MacLean a “bug-eyed fat walrus”

After a vicious hit by Eric Gryba on Lars Eller, the Montreal Canadiens and Ottawa Senators normally docile rivalry has escalated. Gryba earned a two game suspension for the hit, and Ottawa Senators coach Paul MacLean said that Gryba shouldn’t be blamed, that Canadiens defenseman Raphael Diaz should be blamed for a bad suicide pass. Canadiens forward Brandon Prust didn’t take too kindly to MacLean’s comments and during an interview prior to their game on Thursday night, called MacLean a “bug-eyed fat walrus.” This series just got a whole lot more interesting.
