On Friday night, Blackhawks goalie Corey Crawford gave up the single worst goal that you will see any goalie give up all season. Short of firing the puck into your own net, it can’t get worse. Crawford went to play Avalanche defenseman Brad Stuart’s dump in from center ice when he straight up missed the puck. This is why coaches always tell you to stop the puck safely, then move it up ice. Crawford got greedy and it was costly during the Blachawks 4-1 loss.
