After capturing the 2013 NFC Championship over the San Francisco 49ers, the Seattle Seahawks’ Richard Sherman went on a rant about 49ers WR Michael Crabtree. Sherman, who is considered to be the best cornerback in the league, made the defensive play of the game by tipping a pass from Colin Kaepernick intended to Crabtree, to his teammate Malcom Smith for the game sealing interception. While interviewed after the game, Sherman called Crabtree a “sorry wide receiver” in a bizarre rant with Fox Sports’ Erin Andrews.
Sherman in his post-game interview taking a shot at Crabtree:
It’s the Broncos and Seahawks for the Super Bowl.
