ESPN aired this graphic on Friday to show the depth that the San Francisco 49ers have at wide receiver with Michael Crabtree out indefinitely. It’s pretty incredible that Anquan Boldin has spent nearly 50 years in the NFL, while Crabtree and Mario Manningham have spent 16 and 12 years respectively. Obviously the “Games” at the top of the graphic was supposed to say “Career Catches,” but it would be pretty interesting to see how an 82-year-old Boldin would do in the NFL. Seriously though, how hard is it to double check a graphic before putting it on the air?
