That injury report did come out later and this is what it said:

Nobody knows how serious it is, but one thing is certain, there is a madden curse, whether Schefter believes it or not. Some people thought Calvin could be the one to avoid it, but getting put on the injury list after week 1 (precaution or not), is no small matter. Pray for Lions fans, they’ve been through too much to deserve this.
