Map Shows How Twitter Responded To Donald Sterling’s Ban

Twitter presented this map showing the tweets from 2-3pm yesterday during Adam Silver’s press conference announcing Donald Sterling’s lifetime ban from the NBA. As you can see from the graph below, at 2:19, when Silver announced “Banned for life”, there was nearly 38,000 Tweets per minute.
