Yankees Turn 5-4-3 Triple Play vs. Rays

On Thursday night during C.C. Sabathia’s first win of the season, the Yankees pulled off a 5-4-3 triple play. While this is a pretty rare feat, it was relatively easy to turn, as Sean Rodriguez hit the ball right to Yangervis Solarte on third base. Last year’s 4-6-5-3-4 that the Yanks turned was much more impressive.
