At least the New York Mets never fail to entertain. Mets starter Matt Harvey had a no-hitter going through the 6th, but in the 7th inning with no outs, Harvey needed a bit of help from his teammates, which he didn’t get. The no-hit bid was broken up after Harvey fielded Jason Heyword’s slow roller. Lucas Duda, making only his second start of the season at 1B, failed to cover the base. Harvey is still in-line for the W as the Mets are up 2-0. Duda should buy Harvey dinner after this one.
