It turns out Michael Phelps isn’t just good in the swimming pool, but also on the putting green.
Phelps drained a put on his second shot on the sixth hole par four that was a reported 51-yards at Dunhill Links Championship in St. Andrews in Scotland.
Phelps told the Associated Press that, “That was the longest putt I’ve ever holed,” he said. “It was pretty incredible, watching it dive in was a pretty cool feeling. So to be able to have a net hole-in-one was pretty special.
Phelps said following his retirement from the Olympics, that he plans to play more golf. He has a 16 handicap, but that will only be improving if he keeps hitting putts like these.
