Wall Street Journal Says OSU, MSU Are Two Most ‘Embarrassing Football Programs’

According to an article in the Wall Stree Journal, the two most embarrassing programs (measured with how much their fans need to be embarrassed or proud of their program’s off-the field behavior,  are No. 1 Michigan State and No. 2 Ohio State.

The @WSJ took a look at all major football programs and “how much their fans need to be embarrassed.”

The most shameful program? Michigan State.

The second-most shameful program? Ohio State.
