Like Leon-Herbert, Slaton hails from from American Heritage High School in Florida. The five-star has stated  Michigan is recruiting him harder than anyone and is one of his top schools.  Expected to be a signing day decision, Michigan will have to beat out Florida State, Clemson and others.
