Top UM Target Trending Towards Notre Dame

Shayne Simon, a four-star safety/linebacker out of St. Peters Prep in New Jersey, was in South Bend over the weekend for the Irish Invasion. Simon, who is a top target of the Wolverines, has seen several Crystal Balls go in favor of Notre Dame since the visit:
