Harrison Bailey, the No. 3 QB in the 2020 class, announced for Tennessee Thursday over Michigan:

Bailey, a Marrieta, Georgia native, is a big-time pickup for Jeremy Pruit and the Vols. Michigan was believed to be the favorite at one point.
