Chuck Filiaga, a four-star tackle out of Texas, became arguably Michigan’s top remaining 2017 target left on the board (with news of Isaiah Wilson to Georgia). Filiaga, who is set to trim his list of schools to three very soon, sent this congratulatory message to Cesar Ruiz after the top center went Blue.
