Three-Star WR Michael Harley Announces Commitment

Michael Harley Jr., a three-star recruit out of Fort Lauderdale, Florida, committed to West Virginia on Sunday.  The speedy wide receiver, who is ranked No. 392 in the country, visited Morgantown over the weekend.
