For Those Thinking A Harbaugh Contract Is Getting Close, Here’s The Latest

With some rumblings that Jim Harbaugh and Michigan have a contract extension that is in the works and could be agreed upon today, Todd Anson, who helped get Jim to Ann Arbor from San Francisco, thinks that they aren’t close yet:

I wouldn’t expect a new contract any time soon.

If it were to happen today I’d eat a dozen Buckeye’s (horse chestnuts that look like a stag’s [i. e., a buck’s] eye).

Rumblings are that if a deal is agreed upon it will come after the season.
