It is now being confirmed that Tarik Black did in fact injur his foot and could miss some time for the Wolverines:
From Michigan “Tarik Black sustained a right foot injury at Saturday's practice. Tarik is currently being evaluated and no definitive time frame has been determined for his return to play.”

We’ll see about the severity of the injury but this is not great news for UM’s offense to start the year.
