Donovan Peoples-Jones, the No. 1 WR in the 2017 class, is set to make his college decision on Thursday evening. According to the Cass Tech High School product, Florida State, Florida, Ohio State, Michigan State and Michigan are the finalists for an announcement which will come at 8:30 p.m. EST on ESPN:
