Penn State Lands Commitment From Five-Star RB

Penn State landed a big-time RB out of Stafford, Virginia this past week as five-star RB Devyn Ford announced his commitment:

Rivals has Ford ranked as the No. 9 prospect and No. 1 RB in the 2019 class. Virginia Tech was the other finalist for the tailback.
