Oregon Ducks Unveil Scratch And Sniff Tickets

Oregon always seems to be upping the ante somehow. Now they have scratch and sniff tickets, that apparently smell like Carl’s Jr.’s burgers. Not something that I would have done or marketed, but I guess to each their own.
