Ohio State quarterback Braxton Miller may have committed an NCAA violation on Instagram when he posted this photo. In the photo, Miller poses with Brandon Oshodin, the owner of Authentik Fitness, and they have seven Advocare Nutrition products between them.
Players aren’t allowed to endorse products or use their notoriety to help companies profit. Oddly enough Advocare actually has an entire PDF that lays out what is and isn’t allowed for an NCAA violation.

Via The Columbus Dispatch: Miller said “it’s all good” with the compliance office. But an OSU athletic department spokesman said the compliance office has yet to issue a statement on whether Miller’s brief photo and name association with the company might constitute an NCAA rules violation.
