New UM Commit Recruiting Elite USC Pledge To Be A Wolverine

After pledging to Michigan recently, four-star linebacker Charles Thomas is already making it a point to recruit for the Wolverines. Thomas sent the following message to DeGabriel Floyd, a four-star LB and current USC commit:
