Cesar Ruiz, the top center in the 2017 class, and Fred Hansard, a four-star DT, are both scheduled to visit Michigan for the April 1st Spring Game. Ruiz and Hansard, both from New Jersey, had this funny back-and-forth ahead of the visit to Ann Arbor.
