Penn State Commit Has High Hopes For Matt Falcon’s Return From Injury

The nation’s No. 1 kicker Quinn Nordin, a current Penn State commit and top Michigan target, had this tweet in the direction of Southfield (Mi.) RB Matt Falcon.

It was recently announced that Michigan would only offer Falcon a medical scholarship after he suffered his second ACL injury earlier this year.
