Four-star TE Naseir Upshur is set to make his college decision between Florida State and Michigan this Sunday. The Philadelphia native, who visited Ann Arbor with the Wolverines most recent commit (Ahmir Mitchell),  gave a Twitter shoutout to the four-star WR.
