3. RB Kareem Walker

Walker, the No. 1 back in the 2016 class, plans to announce his decision on December 17th.  The Wolverines appear to be the driver seat but with a trip to Arizona State this weekend and Florida State also a threat, this one isn’t in the bag just yet.
