Michigan has overtaken Notre Dame in 247Sports’ Crystal Ball predictions for DE Carlo Kemp following a visit to Ann Arbor in early August.

Kemp, the No. 1 recruit in Colorado and No. 29o overall for the 2016 class, will reportedly be back visiting Michigan for the BYU game in week 4.
