Michigan is currently at 23 commitments following the pledge of five-star RB Kareem Walker on Thursday. With the addition of Walker (and Devin Bush Jr. on Wednesday), the Wolverines have vaulted up to the No. 1 spot in the team rankings for Scout.com.
The Wolverines certainly aren’t finished with the ’16 class, either. Michigan has a good shot at landing the No. 1 overall recruit (Rashan Gary), a WR (three-star Keyshawn Pie Young or four-star Dylan Crawford), an offensive lineman (four-stars Jean Delance or Terrance Davis), another linebacker (four-stars Jonathan Jones or Dontavious Jackson) cornerbacks (four-stars Lavert Hill and David Long), safeties (three-stars Khaleke Hudson and Chris Brown) and also the No. 1 kicker in the country (Quinn Nordin).
Rivals.com and 247sports both have Michigan at the No. 2 spot in their rankings.
