Michigan Commit Josh Ross Recruiting Top In-State Recruit

New Michigan commit Josh Ross is trying to help the Wolverines land many of the top in-state 2017 recruits. St. Mary’s three-star WR KJ Hamler, the No. 9 player in Michigan, told Scout.com’s Brice Marich that Ross is his boy and wants him to join him in Ann Arbor.
