Michigan Announces Addition Of Four-Star DE Carlo Kemp

Carlo Kemp, who signed his Federal Aid Agreement, will enroll at Michigan next month. Kemp, the nephew of Colts coach Chuck Pagano, was announced as a 2016 addition by Jim Harbaugh on Wednesday.
