A Familiar Name To Michigan Fans Has Just Entered The Transfer Portal

While originally picking Notre Dame over Michigan, and then California last year in the transfer portal, Tobias Merriweather, a former top 100 WR out of Washington state, has re-entered the transfer poratl:
