Michigan Receives Predictions For Top New Jersey Defender

Shayne Simon, a four-star safety out of Jersey City, New Jersey, is one of Michigan’s top defensive targets in the 2018 class.  The No. 160 recruit has seen some positive Crystal Ball movement in favor of the Maize and Blue recently.
