Michigan Commit Targeting Top California Lineman

Phillip Paea, a four-star Michigan DT commit, told Scout.com’s Brice Marich that he’s targeting California center Brett Neilon to join him in Ann Arbor.

Neilon is now the No. 83 ranked recruit in the 2017 class, according to Rivals.com.
