Former Michigan QB pledge Carter Smith re-opened his recruitment earlier this week. With the many rumblings of the Wolverines going all- in on flipping No. 1 recruit Bryce Underwood, Smith, a top 300 recruit out of Florida, could still end up in the Big Ten. According to On3, Smith is set to visit Wisconsin upcoming:
