Harbaugh Doesn’t Specify Why A Freshman Didn’t Dress

David Long Jr., a freshman cornerback, didn’t dress Saturday against UCF.  Jim Harbaugh, speaking with the media following the game, wouldn’t say why the California native missed the game:
