Governor Whitmer Hinting How College Football Stadiums Will Look This Fall

Michigan Governor Gretchen Whitmer hinting that fall college football won’t include fans:

Encouraged optimism. But also ‘we have to measure their expectations, because life’s going to be different. We’re not going to be filling stadiums in the fall.’
