Kedrick James, the No. 8 TE in the 2017 class, announced he was re-opening his recruitment after news hit Thursday that Art Briles was fired amid Baylor’s sexual assault scandal.

James, who originally committed to Baylor last summer, holds offers from Michigan, TCU, Texas and others.

There's a NLI appeals process for '16 recruits who signed w/ BU. I think recruits must seek a NLI release decision from school to begin it.
