Joe Milton, a four-star pro-style QB out of Florida, is set to make his commitment anytime upcoming (Michigan is trending up after a spring game visit). 2018 #BlueBloods18 RB pledge Christian Turner had the following message to the 6-foot-5, 220-pound signal caller:
